Vermont Bed & Breakfast Policies
Rates
Rates are per
room based on double occupancy and include breakfast. As a bed
and breakfast in Vermont, rates do not include Vermont 9% Rooms
and Meals Tax which will be added.
Deposit
One night
deposit (plus tax) guarantees all reservations for your Jay Peak
vacation. All deposits are charged to credit card at time of
reservation.
Deposit is
refundable if reservation is canceled a minimum of 15 days (30
days during foliage/holiday season) prior to scheduled arrival.
$25 processing fee for administrative costs will be deducted
from refund.
Deposits may be
paid through PayPal using Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Cancellation
Prepaid deposit
is forfeited on cancellations after the minimum period of 15
days. Any cancellation within 7 days of your arrival date will
require full payment of any balance still due on your
reservation. Balance will be charged on scheduled date of
arrival. No refunds for delayed arrivals or early departures.
All payments on
premises may be paid by cash, traveler's check, Visa, MasterCard
or American Express through a PayPal transaction. No Personal
checks please.
Check in/out
Rooms are
available for check in from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Call to arrange for
early or late arrivals. Check out time is 11:00.
Smoking
There is no
smoking on the premises.
Pets
There are two
small dogs on the premises maintained in the Owner's Quarters.
No other pets are permitted on the property.
Children
Elm Street
Manor is one of the top Jay Peak lodging options, but
unfortunately, the Manor is not suited for children. Exceptions
are made for families with one child. Guests will be charged for
items that are broken or damaged.
Internet
All guests have
access to wireless internet on their personal computer during
their stay.
Telephone
Part of what
makes us one of the top Jay Peak vacation spots is our close
proximity to Canada, although some cell phones may roam into
Canada. As a result, guests do have access to a telephone while
staying at the Manor. Long-distance calls, within the
Continental United States, may be made at no charge. However,
calls requiring operator assistance will be charged $2.00.
